All ticket purchases for our events are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Date Changes and Ticket Transfers

In the event of an emergency or unavoidable situation, we offer the following options:

• Date Change: You may request to reschedule your participation to another available date during the current season of mango festival. .

• Ticket Transfer: You may transfer your ticket to another individual for the same event date.

To initiate a date change or ticket transfer, please contact us at least 5 days before the event. All requests are subject to availability and approval. (* the tickets will be re-issued with the updated details and has to be produced at the time of entry)
